Community Funding Requests

The City of Douglas is pleased to announce a community funding program (“Program”). The Program’s goal is to provide direct monetary grants to eligible entities that deliver health, human and/or quality of life services to the residents of Douglas. Applications for funding can be received through April 30, 2026 in order to be considered for the upcoming FY 2026/2027 budget that begins on July 1, 2026.

In order to apply please read and sign the “City of Douglas Funding Program” form listed below and return with your packet.  Prepare your proposal per the guidelines in this document and include a budget utilizing the budget document below.

For those organizations that receive a Community Funding Award, a yearly report must be completed.
