Who Needs a Business License?

Everyone conducting business within the City limits must have a business license, even if the business is not physically located within the City. The initial license fee is $95 and renewal fee is $75 annually. Churches and nonprofit organizations are also required to have a business license but the fees are waived. Solicitors and special event permits are also available for short-term businesses. A business license update form is required if the business location or owner changes. If there are multiple locations, a business license is required for each location. Questions can be answered by phone or in person at City Hall.
