The Sanitation Division is responsible for collecting more than 6,000 tons per year of residential, commercial refuse, and bulk trash annually for more then 5,000 households.
The Street Division maintains all utility alleys, curb, sidewalks, storm water facilities, street lighting, traffic control devices (traffic signals), and much more within the City of Douglas.
