The library offers meeting room use and group tours during regular library hours by appointment at no charge.
The library's Large Conference Room (capacity 30), Small Meeting Room (capacity 10) and Private Appointment Room (capacity 4) are available to nonprofit civic groups, organizations, or clubs for civic, cultural, educational, and informational meetings. All activities must be free and open to the public.
The library offers several types of tours (general, instructional, and Spanish-language) to elementary and secondary school classes, adult education classes, and local clubs and organizations tailored to the needs of the group.
Scheduling Meeting Rooms & Tours
Contact us at least one week in advance to schedule a room or tour. We will ask your group to complete a Meeting Room Reservation Request or a Group Tour Request form. The forms are available both online and as Portable Document Format (PDF) files in the Library's Documents & Forms section.
